According to sources, the Prince of Wales is clearing the way to target his younger brother, Prince Harry, and his wife, Meghan Markle.

After stripping Andrew Mountbatten Windsor of his royal titles and forcing him to move out of the Royal Lodge, the royal family is now gearing up for the next big change. According to Daily Mail columnist Maureen Callahan, royal insiders said that with the removal of Andrew, Prince William is allegedly clearing the way to target his brother, Prince Harry, and his wife, Meghan Markle, next.
A former royal aide at Kensington Palace said that “now that they’re picking away at the edges [of the family]’ — that would be Andrew — ‘a bigger unravelling is coming,” which Callahan believes is the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s “royal titles, status, and honors.”
Callahan feels that while Harry may be the “real target,” like Andrew’s ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson, Markle “would just be collateral damage.” And as the future monarch, “the role William has — to try to forge something sustainable — is now in stark relief.” However, the king “isn’t up to that job.” The former aide further said, “Once Andrew stops being the convenient cover, then where will people look next?” To this, the columnist feels, “To Montecito.”
This is not the only time when William’s intention about change has come to light. The future king has always been vocal about bringing change in the near future, which many sources believe will start with stripping Harry of his titles. According to a RadarOnline source, “William’s been clear in private – when his time comes, things will be very different.” Moreover, the Prince of Wales “doesn’t intend to be as forgiving as his father has been.”
The person added, “Harry and Meghan see that as a warning shot. They’re convinced their titles are on borrowed time.” The move comes as William allegedly “believes Harry crossed a line and damaged the monarchy.” Hence, many are sure that when the father of three comes to power, “there won’t be room for compromise.”
