According to a source cited by Star, the 44-year-old Trolls star is “desperate” to get back on the big screen, having not had a big hit in years. But rather than taking smaller, low-budget roles to rebuild his acting portfolio, Timberlake is said to be aiming for high-profile projects.
The insider noted that the NSYNC alum is “thinking big” and believes he still has a “blockbuster-style hit left in him.” To make that happen, Timberlake is reportedly reaching out to past collaborators, including “The Social Network” director David Fincher and his “Friends with Benefits” co-star Mila Kunis.
