Meghan Markle is back to acting after an eight-year hiatus. As reported by #ShutterScoop, the “Suits” actor was seen mingling with the production team on the set of “Close Personal Friends,” an upcoming comedy film from Amazon MGM Studios. A source from the production team said, “She walked up to everyone — camera assistants, lighting techs, the guy holding the boom — introduced herself and shook hands.”

The person continued, “No entourage. No attitude.” The sweet gesture and humble attitude of the Duchess of Sussex reportedly impressed the production team. They described her as “super nice” and “shockingly normal.” Moreover, crew members added that Markle was very professional and worked really hard for her acting role.

Sources said that she would review the monitors between shots and ask insightful questions. Moreover, she also took notes of what was being asked to do and followed the instructions really well. An insider said, “Her cues were tight. She didn’t waste a second. Honestly, you’d never know she left acting.”

As per sources, Markle put in all her effort and was “more prepared than half the actors working today.” Apparently, the producers are reportedly “thrilled” to have the 44-year-old as part of the project.

Sources indicate that Prince Harry is also highly supportive of Markle’s decision to return to acting. The actor was last seen in the legal drama television series, “Suits,” in which she played the role of Rachel Zane from 2011 to 2018.
