RHOM’s Alexia Nepola Gives Update on Relationship With Ex-Husband Todd (November 2025)

Real Housewives of Miami star Alexia Nepola talks about where she stands with ex-husband Todd Nepola. The reality star spoke with the press on the red carpet at BravoCon 2025 and said she has found a peaceful place with her ex despite all the drama, and she’s quite happy about that.

Alexia and Todd Nepola “are on speaking terms” as of November 2025

Alexia and her bestie, Marysol Patton, stopped to talk to US Weekly about RHOM, their time in Vegas, and where the RHOM ladies stand in the wake of such an explosive reunion (I mean, is anyone over the Haitian mortician?).

During the interview, Alexia shared where she and her ex-husband, Todd, stand today. When asked if they were on speaking terms, she said, “We are speaking. Yes. We are speaking on terms. I prefer it that way because I like to be good with people. Life is too short and fragile, and I like things to be good. I need to feel good about myself.”

Beside her, Marysol tried to look nonchalant but couldn’t avoid a bombastic side eye once or twice when her BFF was talking about Todd. Marysol has famously said that she feels Todd “popped all over Alexia’s life” and she would love it if Alexia moved on from him. Despite that, she’s being a supportive friend and says that she just wants Alexia to be happy.

During Season 7 of RHOM, which concluded in October, fans got to see Alexia try to move forward following her and Todd’s divorce in March. According to her, the show only showed a sliver of what happened between them.

“A lot of things have happened, and the camera is not in my face for all this time,” she explained. “It was filmed a year and a half ago, and a lot of things have happened. You don’t see the whole story, but there’s a lot more to tell.”

Previous reports and rumors said the pair were “back together” despite the divorce. Perhaps we’ll see more in the new season of RHOM.

For his part, Todd has been at odds with Bravo. He filed an $11 lawsuit against Bravo for defamation and unauthorized use of his image.

The Real Housewives of Miami is streaming on Peacock.
