Kat Izzo and Dale Moss were one of several couples who left Bachelor in Paradise Season 10 together. Both Kat and Dale arrived in Paradise on the first day and had an instant connection. Dale was given a date card and asked Kat to accompany him without a second thought. Sparks flew on their date, and they quickly became one of the it couples on the beach.
Throughout the season, Kat and Dale faced several difficulties in their relationship. Nonetheless, they always managed to work through things. The couple ultimately placed third and weren’t given a chance to walk away with the prize money. As they noted, however, their relationship was the real prize.
While Kat and Dale continued to share their relationship with fans after BIP Season 10, things have recently changed. Many fans have recently speculated that Kat and Dale may have split after several months of dating. Here’s everything we know about whether Kat and Dale are still together today.

Throughout the season, Kat and Dale ran into several disagreements. One of their main issues early on revolved around Dale’s interactions with other women on the beach. Apart from Kat, Dale had several connections with some of the other women in Paradise. While he always came back to Kat, Dale did entertain connections with other women, particularly Allyshia Gupta.
Toward the end of the season, Sean McLaughlin accused Kat of having a boyfriend outside of Paradise. Kat denied the claims, and Dale stood by her side. While Kat and Dale had each other’s backs, they did struggle with communication at times. They were a strong couple in Paradise, but not the strongest. There were several times where it wasn’t clear if they would give each other their roses, while other couples often had no doubts.
Recently, Kat and Dale stopped interacting with one another on social media
After BIP Season 10 aired, Kat and Dale regularly interacted on social media. They shared pictures together on Instagram and commented support on one another’s posts. Recently, however, this has come to an abrupt halt. Both Kat and Dale have shared several new posts and photos, but they are no longer liking or commenting on each other’s updates. While they still have several old posts up together, there has been nothing new.
Furthermore, while Dale still follows Kat on Instagram, she no longer follows him. This is a key sign that they are no longer together, rather than just taking a break from posting. While Dale could still follow Kat to be friendly, she unfollowed him for a reason.
Several sources have reported that Kat and Dale are no longer together
In November, The Sun reported that Kat and Dale had allegedly split following their six-month relationship. According to The Sun, Kat and Dale decided that they were better off as friends. Shortly after, US Weekly also reported that the pair was no longer together.
While the reports of the break-up do seem to be true, Kat and Dale have yet to issue an official statement confirming it. Typically, whenever a Bachelor Nation couple parts ways, they share an announcement on Instagram. If Kat and Dale are still friends, then it would make sense for them to do so as well. However, based on Kat unfollowing Dale, it’s possible that the friends allegation may not be entirely true. It’s also possible that they could be waiting to announce their split, but that wouldn’t make too much sense either.
Looking at all of their recent interactions as well as reports, it seems highly likely that Kat and Dale have officially parted ways. This is disappointing for some BIP viewers, as Kat and Dale were one of the most serious couples on Season 10. This is also Kat’s second BIP break-up, following her previous engagement to John Henry Spurlock. While the reasons for Kat and Dale’s alleged split are still a bit unclear, we wish them all the best.
