Ray J is going all-in on his accusations against Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner. The R&B singer insists the two reality stars have been involved in a long criminal enterprise.
He previously dated Kim in the early 2000s. Shortly after their breakup, Vivid Entertainment came out with a sex tape of the two in 2007. Now the “singer” is fighting back with numerous explosive allegations against the famous family.

The beef between Ray J, the Kardashians, and the Jenners is far from over. The younger brother of singer Brandy is asking the court to dismiss a defamation case brought by Kris and Kim. That suit against him in October came after Ray J repeatedly bashed the two online with racketeering accusations, among other things. Kim and Kris’s attorney, Alex Spiro, claimed Ray J simply cannot accept his fleeting relationship with Kim in October. “Kim and Kris have repeatedly engaged in a criminal enterprise and racketeering activity, violating RICO over and over again,” alleges Ray J.
He alleges the two conspired along with Vivid to deceive the public through what he calls a “fake” defamation lawsuit.
Ray J claims that heir alleged conduct is much worse than that made against Diddy. The rapper, born Sean Combs, was convicted of transportation for the purposes of prostitution. The jury found him not guilty of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. “Kim and Kris have repeatedly and obviously conducted racketeering activity for years, and no one has stopped them,” said Ray J.
In his filing, Ray J alleges that Kim and Kris committed credit card fraud against him and his family. He claims they had an $850,000 bill as a result of this. After receiving the defamation lawsuit, Ray J filed a countersuit alleging that the mother and daughter orchestrated the release of that infamous sex tape in 2007.
He defined their defamation lawsuit as a publicity, power and punishment move. In addition to this, Ray J alleges that Kim, Kris and Kanye West falsely accused him on their Hulu series of sexually assaulting Kim, releasing revenge porn and committing extortion.
