For the past few years Ariana Biermann has been navigating her DUI case. She was arrested back in 2022 for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. This became much more of a shock, given that she was only 20 years old at the time, adding to an additional underage charge. The Next Gen NYC star denied drinking and driving, maintaining that she was innocent.
She even alleged that some of the supposed evidence used against her was obtained unlawfully. Ultimately, though, Ariana was sentenced earlier this year and was given 24 months of probation. But, it’s only been a few months into her probation and she’s already almost off the hook.
Ariana Biermann’s probation has ended early

According to US Weekly, Ariana’s probation is now up for dismissal. Specifically, her probation officer has asked the court to relieve her of the rest of her probation sentence based on its requirements.
As a part of her deal that avoided jail time, the reality TV star was told that she couldn’t use drugs or alcohol. She was also supposed to perform 40 hours of community service among other tasks.
Since her probation officer is asking for dismissal, this means that Ariana has completed all of these things. The court hasn’t ruled on the request just yet, but it looks like the odds are in her favor. It won’t be long until she can finally put the 2022 arrest behind her and focus on Season 2 of Next Gen NYC.
Meanwhile, her now ex-boyfriend Hudson McLeroy was also arrested during the 2022 incident. He was given his own lump sum of charges, including alleging being the one to give Ariana alcohol. He doesn’t seem to have been sentenced as of yet.
Next Gen NYC is available to stream on Peacock.
