Alix Earle reflects on prioritizing family and having a close circle amid breakup
As seen on her TikTok, Alix Earle rooted her reset in community and self-belief. She said, “Turning 25, couldn’t be any better,” before detailing yoga, zumba, and a “healing treatment.” She adds, “I learned that you have to be your own biggest supporter,” and then pivoted to friendship. Alix says, “It’s never too late in life to make friends,” noting how new connections changed her year.
She underlined family first, tying it directly to resilience after the recent breakup with Houston Texans wide receiver Braxton Berrios. She says, “Prioritizing your family…. are going to have your back and be there for you.” Moreover, she argued for a smaller circle. She added, “Having a close circle is really important, even if it’s just one or two people.”
Earle also rejected drama as a coping tool, saying, “Talking negatively about people….is only going to stop you from being able to elevate yourself.” Consequently, she favored quiet boundaries. She explained that it is “more mature…. to kind of just cut them out of your life and keep moving on.”
The influencer also laid out her 2025 accomplishments. She credited “Dancing with the Stars” Season 34 as 24’s best lesson, resetting her mindset for the year ahead. Alix stated, “And I have to say, probably the best thing that has come out of 24 is probably doing Dancing with the Stars. And not just because of the dancing, but I think from everything I learned from it about myself.”
Earle warned against extreme dieting. Additionally, she noted procedures will not fix deeper insecurities. Finally, she sketched the year ahead with calm intent. She said, “I really want to focus on being that for myself this year,” and closed her birthday video with, “Couldn’t be more excited for this year SORRY FOR THE RANT.”
