Season 11 of Southern Charm is only a few episodes in and rumors are already spreading like wildfire. Right now, all eyes are on Molly O’Connell and Venita Aspen.
During Season 11, Episode 5, Venita admitted to spreading personal information among the group about Molly. Specifically, she told co-star Salley Carson that Molly had a vaginal rejuvenation surgery done. Welp, so much for keeping a secret!
Salley took this new tea and decided to share it to everyone, which made Molly upset. Not only this, but the reveal of her surgery came with the rumor that she had a sugar daddy pay for it. Venita apologized right then and there for all of this chaos, but has she and Molly fully patched things up? Here’s the update.
Venita Aspen posted a statement of apology to co-star Molly O’Connell
Venita recently took to social media to address the on-screen scene. She apologized once more for hurting Molly and decided to make it a PSA for bodies being off limits.
“Another woman’s body is not for judgment. Ever. I’m owning my mistake and learning from it,” she said in the December 19 IG story.
Molly actually ended up responding to the IG story, telling fans that she has accepted her apology
“She has apologized multiple times & continues to show remorse. I also received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from her yesterday.”
Let’s not forget that while Venita blurted the information, Salley took it and ran with it. As far as Molly’s relationship with her, though, it’s also been repaired. She explained in an interview that Salley has also apologized and they are in a good place. Here’s to hoping this group of girlfriends can last past the reunion.
