Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s charity foundation, Archewell, has reportedly denied any cuts in its staff members. The news came out after several rumors and speculations about the Duchess of Sussex and the Duke of Sussex’s organization’s expenses have been swirling all around the internet for some time now. However, a spokesperson for the Sussexes has allegedly shut down these speculations by denying staff cuts.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s charity, Archewell Foundation, reportedly claimed that it still has the complete staff as before. Different speculations regarding staff cuts at the organization recently came to the surface. But this new report debunks such speculations. As reported by the Daily Mail, a spokesperson for the Duchess of Sussex and the Duke of Sussex told them that “Currently, the same full team remain in place.”
In the meantime, the spokesperson further continued to the news outlet that, “This move does mean that some staff redundancies are inevitable.” They added, “particularly with junior admin roles.” The spokesperson then explained, “We will not be discussing these personnel details further.” They also said, “Other than to say that we are honoured to have worked with incredibly talented and caring people who dedicate themselves to helping others.”
Meanwhile, according to the news outlet, the staff members of the charity foundation include Prince Harry’s advisor for a long time and also his friend James Holt. The organization’s remaining staff further includes Shauna Nep, a charity pro, who has also been working with Justin Bieber’s wife and beauty mogul, Hailey Bieber. The person reportedly works with Scooter Braun as well.
In the meantime, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle act as directors for the charity foundation. Per the news outlet, the couple do not take any salaries. The Duke of Sussex and Duchess of Sussex founded the organization back in 2020.
