The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives is as addictive as a dirty soda. And Season 3 of SLOMW did not disappoint. After the drama at Vanderpump Villa came out, Demi Engemann was on the outs with most of her co-stars.
As you may recall, Demi accused one of the workers at Castello Rosato in Italy of “unwanted touch.” Meanwhile, at the same time, Demi was flirting with Villa server Marciano Brunette, and they stayed in communication after she left Italy. This situation was difficult for her SLOMW co-stars to grasp. It was a lot.
Demi talked about the “big decision” of continuing on SLOMW
The huge question looking ahead to Season 4 of SLOMW was whether Demi would return. “It’s a big decision, and I don’t take it lightly,” Demi told PEOPLE. “I have had wonderful experiences doing the show.” She explained that she also had “moments that I didn’t appreciate and where it felt like it maybe wasn’t a good fit for me.” However, Demi is “considering” signing on for Season 4. She added, “It’s been extended to me that the door is wide open and that I’m welcome back.”
However, Demi has admitted that she is entering a different period in her life. “I’m really trying to head into a softer era,” Demi explained. “Obviously, I’m valued there, and I think it could be an amazing opportunity if it ends up feeling right for Bret [Engemann] and me,” she added of SLOMW.
For now, Demi and her husband, Bret, are going to be weighing their options. “It honestly kind of feels like a chapter’s closing and a new one’s opening, and I’m excited to see what comes of it,” Demi stated. Meanwhile, Demi is also dealing with a lawsuit filed by Marciano, who is suing her for defamation.
