As reported by Rob Shuter, insiders shared several reasons why it becomes “impossible” for staff members to continue working for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. According to a source, the couple goes on to “ignore” advice from their own “experts.” The person claimed, “They’d ask for strategy, then scrap it if it didn’t match Meghan’s instincts or Harry’s mood.”
In the meantime, as per the news outlet, another “toxic workplace habit” of the Sussexes, Meghan Markle, and Prince Harry, mentioned by insiders, included “relentless micromanagement.” An insider expressed, “Nothing was ever final.” The person further explained, “Emails would come back at 2 a.m. changing a single adjective.” They also added, “then changing it back the next day.”
Meanwhile, another source went on to say to the news outlet, “You’re praised until the moment something goes wrong.” The person continued, “Then you’re quietly pushed out.” In the meantime, another insider spoke about how “talented” individuals do not want to work for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle due to their alleged bad reputation as bosses. The person explained, “Top-tier talent won’t touch the job anymore.” The person continued, “Everyone asks how long the last person lasted.”
