Todd Nepola Dismisses Bravo Lawsuit With Prejudice: Details

Bravo’s lawyers will have one less lawsuit to worry about as we head into 2026. Todd Nepola, the ex-husband of Real Housewives of Miami star Alexia Nepola, has dismissed his lawsuit against Bravo. He accused the network of defamation and wanted a multimillion-dollar payout. Now, there’s been a sudden change of course, and details are scarce about why.

We first learned about Todd’s intentions to sue Bravo straight from the man himself. He went on his Instagram back in August and posted a ten-minute video bashing the RHOM producers for spreading “lies” about his financial situation on the show. He said he was going to sue the network, make a bunch of money, and donate the proceeds to anti-bullying charities.

In October, he made good on his promise, launching an $11 million lawsuit accusing the network of defamation. His argument claimed that RHOM “crossed the line between entertainment and defamation, using manipulated storylines and unauthorized footage to falsely portray Todd as facing financial distress.”

Two months later, Todd has already dismissed the case. In court docs reviewed by TMZ, Todd notified the court that he wanted to drop his suit against Bravo. He dismissed it with prejudice, meaning he can’t revisit this in the future.

In the court docs, Todd didn’t list a reason for the dismissal. However, it’s probably just a coincidence that insiders have said he’s back together with Alexia. At BravoCon, she admitted that they were back on speaking terms, but who knows? That part of this story remains a mystery.

The Real Housewives of Miami is streaming on Peacock.
