Next Gen NYC’s Hudson McLeroy Gives Positive Update After Ariana Biermann Split

Hudson McLeroy from Next Gen NYC faced some changes in 2025. And while things may not have panned out the way he initially thought they would, he’s choosing to stay positive. The reality TV personality is looking forward to 2026, hopeful on the heels of splitting with his girlfriend Ariana Biermann.

Hudson said 2025 was a year of learning

Hudson shared his reflections on social media (as many reality stars have done for the new year). He posted on Instagram on January 2nd and vaguely referred to all the changes he experienced in the past 12 months.

Fans of Next Gen NYC know he was likely referring to his shocking breakup with longtime girlfriend Ariana. Ariana is the daughter of Kim Zolciak, formerly of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

Ariana and Hudson were together for several years, but fans got to know them better when they appeared on Next Gen NYC, a reality TV show about the next generation of reality TV stars that was a surprise hit for Bravo in 2025.

Hudson and Ariana seemed like the ideal couple. He even posted supportive messages, and the pair were set to open a fashion business. Unfortunately, it didn’t last. The couple broke up last October. While the breakup appeared amicable, Hudson seemingly decided to skip Next Gen NYC Season 2 and headed to Atlanta.

It looks like he remains hopeful, though. “2025, I never thought you’d teach me what you did, but here we are,” he captioned his photo carousel, which included photos of him and his white Porsche. “I continue to thank god everyday for each and every blessing in my life, but I truly will never be able to thank him enough.”

“I can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store for my life and those around me,” he concluded. It’s a good outlook to have when things change. Since you can’t go back, the best thing to do is look ahead.

Next Gen NYC  is streaming on Peacock .
