It appears David Beckham’s son Brooklyn, is in no mood to make amends with his parents. Reportedly, Brooklyn has asked the Beckhams to only contact him via his lawyers. If media reports are to be believed, the two parties communicate only via legal letters and official notices.
David Beckham’s son Brooklyn, won’t have direct contact with parents, report suggests
According to Daily Mail, David Beckham’s son Brooklyn, has requested his parents not to contact him or make public statements about him on social media. It is reportedly due to a series of “nasty” briefings about his wife, Nicola Peltz Beckham. It was previously reported that Brooklyn was held “hostage” and being “controlled” by his wife.
Moreover, publicists and friends on both sides have maintained a dignified silence and refused to discuss the matter in public. They are hopeful that the Beckhams will resolve these issues as soon as possible. One source revealed, “David was told to speak to them via Schillings (law firm). That was the only way for them to communicate.”
According to Daily Mail, their messy family situation has really pained the Beckhams. Chef Gordon Ramsay has been trying to cheer Victoria Beckham up and helping her ease her hurt.
This new development comes after Cruz alleged that his brother blocked him, Romeo, and their parents on social media. He refuted reports that the Beckhams blocked their son. Cruz wrote on social media, “NOT TRUE. My mum and dad would never unfollow their son. Let’s get the facts right. They woke up blocked … as did I.” (via Page Six).
Previously, the former footballer shared a wholesome family photo, excluding son Brooklyn, on his Instagram. Later, he shared a separate snap of him and Brooklyn with the caption, “I love you all so much.” Victoria Beckham shared the picture on her Instagram stories with a heart emoji.
Last October, a source told US Weekly that the 26-year-old has “no interest” in making amends with his parents and siblings after their nasty fallout. The source added that he’s “really focused on living a peaceful, drama-free life with Nicola.”
