Craig Conover has a nice little love triangle going during Southern Charm Season 11. But in the upcoming Episode 7 episode, Rodrigo Reyes spills some hot tea that scuttles Salley Carson’s hot tub illusions.
The friendly group gathering quickly turns into a Craig Conover character assassination session. And the Sewing Down South founder isn’t even there to defend himself.
Rodrigo gave the Southern Charm cast an update on Craig and Charley Manley
During the party, Austen Kroll, who has his own issues with Craig, spewed his opinions about the absent pillow producer, until Rodrigo called a halt. “Stop it!,” he says. “Charley [Manley]’s about to go on a date with him, so don’t scare her!”
Whoops! I guess that news wasn’t common knowledge, because while Charley is speechless, Salley angrily shrieks, “What?!”
Even though Salley has been giving Craig every indication that she’s interested in him, apparently, he’s more interested in Charley. For her part, even Charley confessed in Episode 5 that she could “tell there’s something between Craig and I … I’m walking on eggshells a little bit with Salley, just because of Craig.”
But Rodrigo isn’t the only one who has a bombshell to drop. Austen has some tea of his own to spill about his friend’s absence. “Craig’s not here because basically, I think he’s like, mad at Salley,” Austen says. “He was very quick to be like, ‘Me and Salley are like, done.’”
As Charley’s jaw silently drops, Salley asks, “What exactly did he say about me?”
“That you’re a tornado,” Austen responds. “That you basically leave a path of destruction wherever you go.”
“And what does he f*cking leave?” Salley snaps. “Texting me that you want me to stay over at your f*cking house … What a f*cking pr*ck! Like seriously, I wish y’all brought him here so I could look him dead in the eye and say, ‘F*ck you!'”
But wait, there’s more. “And then it gets juicy for Salley and Charley,” Austen adds, “where [Craig’s] like, ‘I don’t think that Charley can be the person that she wants to be when Salley’s around.’”
With friends like Austen, who needs enemies?
