Michael Rapaport Might Skip Traitors Season 4 Reunion After Huge Backlash

Since being announced as part of The Traitors Season 4 cast, Michael Rapaport has faced backlash. Fans were wary, and many voiced their opinion about not wanting him on the show. But Michael still made his way to the castle to play the game. Now, however, it appears he is considering skipping the reunion amid the ongoing backlash from both fans and players alike.

Michael Rapaport is contemplating not attending the Traitors reunion

It seemed like only a matter of time before Michael was eliminated from The Traitors. Despite being a Faithful, he was a prime distraction for the real Traitors and a big misdirect in general. Putting it plainly, Michael was difficult to watch. Ousted Faithful Porsha Williams said he was even worse in person

It didn’t matter that he was not a Traitor. Between his unhinged rants and roundtable conspiracy theories, he made it difficult for everyone to have an honest and straightforward conversation. His eventual elimination came as no surprise.

Now that he is out of the castle, Michael is opening up to Andy Cohen about possibly skipping the Traitors reunion.

“Well, I wanted to give you an exclusive here because it’s you,” Michael told Andy on SiruisXM’s Andy Cohen Live. “Now, I don’t know if I’m gonna come to the reunion, to be totally honest with you.”

Andy told him that he had to, and Michael sounded very apprehensive and just said he didn’t know and that he didn’t think he wanted to.

When asked why, he replied, “You know why, Andy? Because, you know, I feel like, you know, everybody got to know me. Like when people are like, you know, acting like I’m some freak. It’s offensive to me because we spent…”

Andy cut him off and said that they’d talk more about it offline, but that he thinks the reunion is the perfect place for Michael to look the others in the eye and have a conversation calmly and just represent himself. Michael said he had to think about it claiming that he didn’t want to “get into a thing” at the reunion.

‘“Then don’t,” Andy told him. “You can go to the reunion and not get in a thing. “You can represent yourself and say, like what you’re doing right now. I mean, anyway, we’ll talk about it.”

The Traitors is streaming on Peacock. New episodes drop on Thursdays at 9/8c.
