Mercedeh Javid got some career advice from Mauricio Umansky
In Episode 6 of The Valley: Persian Style, MJ sat down for an in-person meeting with her favorite boss Mauricio. Right off the bat she reveals that she has big goals for her career. Specifically, she wants to make $1 million in sales in one year.
“I want Mauricio’s praise. I want him to see me as, like, a really strong, great, powerful, female real estate agent powerhouse,” she admits in the confessional.
Wanting to see her succeed, Maurico gives her advice on how to scale her real estate business and get to the next level.
“Door-knocking will not get you to a million next year. You have a social media following, right? What about growing the social media following? Becoming extremely knowledgeable about your neighborhood. Some people hold open houses.”
He later offers to shadow one of her open houses himself to give her further guidance to success.
All of MJ’s listings as of late that she’s posted on social media are mult-million dollar homes, so 2026 might be the year she reaches her $1 million goal. Can she do it? Only time will tell.
