Welcome back for another deep dive into House of Villains! It’s the only show where you can see Sandoval help a RuPaul’s Drag Race star straighten her breastplate.

In last week’s three-episode premiere, a dude-centric alliance formed between Tom, Tyson, Johnny, and Ashley. They vowed to make the show a lot less entertaining by targeting Jackie and Christine. It was Jackie who wound up getting banished first, and in House of Villains Season 3 Episode 4, “I Hate All of These People,” they sent home another one of Season 3’s biggest personalities.

With Johnny as the Supervillain of the Week and Paul randomly being his “right-hand man,” Kate, New York, and Plane wound up on the Hit List. The three of them went head-to-head to try to stay in the game, and they all had wildly different approaches to try win over the house. One of them came up as short as Tyson’s bro alliance continued to wreak havoc on Season 3.

When we last left off, Plane had just dragged the ever-living hell out of Paul and Johnny for putting her up on the Hit List. She, along with Kate and New York, kept the roasting going once they got back into the lair. Plane felt betrayed. Kate felt annoyed, and New York? She’s just there.

Although Johnny was this week’s supervillain, he lucked out because it was Paul who caught most of the heat from the trio on the Hit List. They all expected Johnny to do an all-girl Hit List, but to have Paul sign off on ig stung, and he caught an earful from every direction.

Meanwhile, Johnny was busy catching a handful. He knows this isn’t a dating show, but he just can’t help himself. His showmance with Christine didn’t work out, so he pivoted to his roommate, Ashley. She was thrilled.

The two of them wound up hooking up halfway through Episode 4, and they weren’t shy about it. Everyone in the house could hear it, and it’s a mashup of The Challenge and Love Island USA that absolutely no one needed. Whatever happened to shame?

After the nominations and a strange fight about JoJo Siwa, Johnny felt very confident that he wanted Kate out of the competition. He started rallying up the boys, and they were all on board. Johnny said he didn’t like her energy. We don’t like the fact that he thinks her show is called “Below the Deck.”

Unfortunately for Johnny, Kate won the Redemption Challenge this week and got off the Hit List. She’s got at least one more week to terrorize this man.

Kate getting off the Hit List was a nightmare scenario for the bro alliance, but also a nightmare scenario for all of the gays watching at home. It meant that either Plane or New York would be going home, and honestly, no one wants to see that.

New York caused chaos to stay in the game

If you’re up for elimination in a social strategy competition, what do you do? If you’re a player who actually cares about winning, you’d start trying to make connections. When you’re New York, and you’re cast on every HoV season for entertainment purposes only, you do your job, and you cause a scene.

Seriously, Tiffany went through no fewer than 26 different emotions after losing the Redemption Challenge this week. Sad, mad, angry, confused, frustrated, and literally any other emotion you could imagine, New York felt it. At one point, she lashed out at Drita. She had a bonding moment with Plane and even admitted to Kate that she felt “isolated” in the house.

New York’s chaotic energy left everyone confused about where she stood in the game, so maybe this was a strategy after all? You can never tell with this woman, but either way, Peacock needs to double her paycheck for Season 4.

Right before the players cast their votes, Tiffany gave a final plea to the villains, and she did show a slight ounce of strategy. She told them that she didn’t stand a chance at winning, whereas Plane? She clearly has what it takes to outsmart them all. Vote accordingly.

Plane lip-synced for her life

On Drag Race, we rarely saw Plane Jane’s feet to the fire, but they had Ms. Thing sweating in her silicone this week on HoV. She lost that Redemption Challenge to Kate and quickly realized that her standing in the group wasn’t as solid as she needed. She tried to win them over by strapping in the biggest breastplate money can buy and shaking what her mama did not give her.

Plane literally lip-synced for her life for the group in an attempt to gain a few cool points with the villains. We’re not sure if this actually convinced anyone to vote for her, but watching Plane bounce around the lair in enormous, fake boobs is the exact reason why House of Villains is must-see TV. You won’t see this on The Traitors.

Outside of giving the villains a taste of “Plane Jane the Penis Party Clown,” she also got super heartfelt with her competitors and told them how important it felt to be a part of the cast. She said she wanted to do more projects outside of the Drag Race universe, and to her, this felt like a big step in the right direction. But did any of the villains buy her story?

In a 5-1 vote, Plane was the second villain eliminated from HOV Season 3. It’s exactly what the bro alliance wanted, so they got their way once again. Joel sent Plane flying out of the room, and of course, she wasn’t happy. Drita was the only person who ended up having her back.

After hearing that the vote was such a landslide, Plane realized that Tyson, Kate, and Christine betrayed her, and she’s not letting that grudge go anytime soon. If any of them make it to the finale, they can probably go ahead and rule out getting a vote from Plane. Hell hath no fury like a drag queen scorned.

House of Villains drops at 9/8c every Thursday on Peacock.
