Kiki Barth Releases Statement After Real Housewives of Miami Pause News

Real Housewives of Miami has been a hot topic for Bravo fans recently as rumors swirled about the show’s cancellation. And while it hasn’t officially been canceled yet, it has been put on pause. After the news broke of the pause, Kiki Barth released a statement on social media.

The RHOM star is “really proud” of what the cast achieved

It’s sad that RHOM is facing an uncertain future. Season 7 delivered one of the best seasons yet! Who can forget that banger of a reunion and Julia Lemigova’s “Haitian mortician” romance? Fans were so ready for more. But it looks like it might be a while.

Still, at least we pause on a high note. Kiki shared how proud she was of the reboot on social media. She posted a stunning photo of herself with a poignant caption.

“I’m really proud of what we’ve built with the reboot of The Real Housewives of Miami over the last four seasons. Being able to show my Haitian background to the world means so much to me, and I’m proud to be part of a cast that brings together so many different perspectives,” Kiki wrote.

She added, “We have one of the most diverse all-female casts on television—strong women who each bring their own energy, culture, and lifestyle to the table. For everyone who feels seen because of that representation, that means everything to me.”

She admitted that she was disappointed and felt like they were just getting started, but added that what they built in Miami matters. She ended the caption by thanking fans for their love and support.

Will be missing the RHOM ladies during the “pause.” For now, if we want to see Housewives in Florida, we’ll have to tune into the former RHONY crew in Palm Beach.

The Real Housewives of Miami streams on Peacock.
