The report came in the middle of the ongoing drama regarding an explosive report by Variety that explored the Sussexes’ partnership with the global streaming giant, Netflix. However, a spokesperson for the Duchess of Sussex and the Duke of Sussex disputed the claims of a fallout between the steamer and the royal couple.

Ted Sarandos, the co-chief executive officer of Netflix, and Bella Bajaria, the chief content officer of the same streaming platform, have allegedly unfollowed Meghan Markle on Instagram. The Sussex couple has been making headlines ever since the claims about their fallout with the streaming giant came to the surface after Variety magazine published an explosive report about their partnership, titled “Inside Meghan and Harry’s Falling Out With Netflix — and Why the Royal Couple Is Struggling in Hollywood” on March 17.
Now, as reported by NewsNation, eagle-eyed observers have noticed that Ted Sarandos no longer follows Markle on Instagram. The Netflix co-CEO also does not follow the Duchess of Sussex’s brand, As Ever, on the social media platform. Per the news outlet, he has been following other high-profile celebrities on Instagram, including Beyoncé, Amy Adams, and Wanda Sykes. However, it is to be noted that Ted Sarandos’ wife, Nicole Avant, still follows Markle on Instagram.
According to the news outlet, Netflix’s chief content officer, Bella Bajaria, has also unfollowed Markle on Instagram. Meanwhile, the report by Variety claimed that “Three insiders say Netflix chief Ted Sarandos is fed up with the pair.” The news outlet continued, “Similarly, chief content officer Bela Bajaria is said to have grown weary of the Sussex pact.” However, Markle and Prince Harry’s representative disputed the claim, calling it “categorically false.” However, the Duchess of Sussex has not made any comments directly on the matter.
