RHORI Star Ashley Iaconetti Felt ‘No Shame’ Putting Kids on Leashes While Visiting Zoo

Ashley Iaconetti of The Real Housewives of Rhode Island isn’t ashamed of her mom-hack while visiting the zoo solo with her kids. She values safety above all and understands how quickly you can lose track of small kids in overcrowded spaces. At the end of the day, safety above all.

Ashley is fitting perfectly into the chaos. She doesn’t shy away from her opinions, and that includes prioritizing her children’s safety. The reality star recently shared photos of her kids when she visited the Boston Aquarium while her husband, Jared Haibon, went to visit a friend in the hospital.

Ashley did not recommend going solo with two small children on a weekend to a crowded attraction. She did, however, share how she managed. During the visit, Ashley put her younger son, Hayden, on a “child leash” connected to her wrist. She also put an AirTag on her older son, Dawson, in case he ran out of eyesight.

She isn’t embarrassed of how she’s managing her young ones while out. Understandably, she was wary because some moms tend to get toxic about certain child-rearing tactics, but in the end, what matters is what’s best for the kids.

“I have no shame in my leash game,” Ashley wrote on her post, adding the hashtag #safetyovershame. She also took the boys to Chuck E. Cheese while Jared was busy, telling her followers that the children’s restaurant and arcade is “still the best.”

Mom life is certainly keeping Ashley busy, but that doesn’t mean everything is smooth sailing. The inaugural season of RHORI is just getting started, and it looks like there’s tons of drama ahead.

Real Housewives of Rhode Island airs at 9 PM/ET every Sunday on Bravo. It streams on Peacock.
