Fans might have figured out that this Taylor Swift photo is AI

Coachella 2026, taking place at Empire Polo Club, Indio, California, is gaining attention worldwide due to performers like Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber, and Karol G, who are headlining the event. Many renowned faces and celebrities are even attending the show to witness their performances.

However, it seems amid all this, Taylor Swift’s photo with “Selena and Sabrina hanging out after Coachella” is going viral. However, fans were quick to figure out that the picture is AI-generated, as they mentioned not to use such pictures in the comment section of X (formerly Twitter).

Meanwhile, Carpenter impressed everyone with her performance onstage as surprise guest actor Susan Sarandon featured in the pop star’s headlining performance on Friday. Other stars whom the singer thanked in her Instagram post for featuring in her classic Hollywood-themed gig were “Will Ferrell, Sam Elliot, Samuel L. Jackson, and Corey Fogelmanis.”

However, during her performance, when Carpenter started playing the keyboard, her fans cheered along, and someone in the audience let out a zaghrouta, a high-pitched ululation used in some Arab cultures to cheer and celebrate. But the singer appeared to mistake it for yodeling and responded from the stage, upsetting many.

On Saturday, Carpenter posted an apology on X (formerly Twitter), saying she did not understand the Arabic cheer during her Coachella performance, writing, “my apologies i didn’t see this person with my eyes and couldn’t hear clearly. my reaction was pure confusion, sarcasm and not ill intended. could have handled it better! now i know what a Zaghrouta is.” She then added she welcomes “all cheers and yodels from here on out.”
