As everyone knows, Ciara Miller was recently done dirty by two of her Summer House costars. Yet, this stunning human is not letting one moppy-headed man and a former bestie get her down. Instead, she is strutting down the streets of New York City, looking for a Manhattanite who fully understands that “chivalry is not dead.” To prove himself in this area, her date must align with her expectations, which include one very specific move as they walk to and from their dates.
The Summer House star wants a date to “walk on the outside”
After her ex and former friend started dating, Ciara’s star exploded. We love that for her. But as she recently explained in a fun interview with Better Homes & Gardens, there is something that she would love as well. And that is a man who understands how to make her feel seen, safe, and appreciated.
As Ciara explained, her “date always needs to walk on the outside. And in fact, when I go on a date, if they don’t immediately switch sides with me, I’m pissed.”
Additionally, “Open the door. Chivalry is not dead. Open the door,” Ciara stressed. Likewise, another “bare minimum” thing they should do, she suggested, is “If you go out on a date, send a car.”
Furthermore, when they are on their date, Ciara expects her man to wait until she receives her entree before he digs in. No, he does not need to say things like “yes, sir” and “yes, ma’am” to everyone they encounter, including their wait staff. However, an overall sense of good manners is her final expectation.
These are indeed “bare minimum” asks. Even still, we hope Ciara finds these attributes (and more) in her next man.
