Her husband, Jeff Bezos, is chairing the 2026 Met Gala, and Sanchez spent time with Wintour during Paris Fashion Week. Insiders stated that the Black Ops Aviation founder has seen a rare opportunity to call for peace. “Lauren is connecting very powerful dots,” one insider shared.
The individual added, “She moves comfortably in both worlds — and she knows exactly who needs to be in the same room.” Moreover, Bezos’ attendance at Donald Trump’s inauguration added another intrigue. The source stated, “This is about access. It’s about staying welcome in every room that matters.” However, the reality check is that Melania is not interested. The insider said, “She’s not interested in Vogue — or that entire orbit. That world just doesn’t carry the same weight for her anymore.”
Sources also shared that the former model has changed her priorities.
