Michael B. Jordan is going through a big life change. The Sinners star is looking to cash in on his Los Angeles mansion, putting the home on the market recently. The eight-bedroom house in Encino built in 2021 sits on a half-acre corner lot.
He’s willing to take a financial loss by selling the property, putting it on the market for $10.49 million. The actor paid $12.5 million to move into the place in 2022.
The actor has relisted his Encino home

It’s onward and upward for Michael, as he hopes someone will take this property off his hands. The New York Post confirmed the speculation that the home in Encino has been relisted. This news comes weeks after Michael captured the Academy Award for Best Actor for his role in Sinners.
His gated three-story mansion is 11,599 square feet and features a high-tech security system and an elevator. It opens via a 20-foot pivot door, and the open layout features high ceilings and glass walls.
Michael isn’t the only celebrity looking to sell at the moment. In October, singer Adam Levine put his Montecito mansion on the market. His asking price was a whopping $60 million.
This year has been a big one for Michael, while his future promises to be quite busy. In March, he captured his first Oscar, beating out the likes of Timothée Chalamet and Leonardo DiCaprio for the golden statuette. It was his first Oscar nomination.
Michael’s upcoming animated movie, Swapped, comes to Netflix on May 1. Meanwhile, he’ll portray the title role in a remake of The Thomas Crown Affair next March, while he will feature in Miami Vice ’85 in the future. That latest film is currently in pre-production.
