Michael B. Jordan and Raye recently fueled romance rumors after being spotted chatting and riding roller coasters together at a theme park outside Los Angeles. A source has now revealed that the pair have already been on several dates and “really like each other.”

Over the weekend, on August 7, Jordan and Raye were spotted enjoying time together at Six Flags Magic Mountain in Los Angeles. The singer and actor-director took on several roller coasters during their outing.
A source told People, “Michael and Raye have been on a couple dinner dates before this. Things are new between them, but they really like each other. Raye tells friends that Michael is her type and that he is warm and kind.” Another source said they’re “just friends” and were simply enjoying Six Flags with a group.
A photo from their Six Flags trip showed Jordan and Raye, born Rachel Keen, sitting next to each other on a roller coaster. The singer appeared to be looking at Jordan as the two chatted. The outing comes after Jordan’s split from Lori Harvey, his last public relationship. The former couple dated from 2020 until their split in 2022. In 2024, Jordan told Jay Shetty’s podcast that he sometimes feels “lonely” but wasn’t ready to date again, The Sun states.
The 39-year-old described, “There’s a loneliness that I have; the worst part of that is the feeling like nobody really understands. Sometimes falling into the spaces of being alone, feeling alone.” However, he said he’d be open to finding love and admitted that he “wants a family eventually.”
Raye, who has been linked to Drake in 2018, spoke to People in November 2025. The singer revealed that communication is key for her in a relationship, saying, “Words of affirmation is my love language, so you need to have the qualities of a good communicator.”
