In a surprising twist and a brilliant marketing gimmick, Sydney Sweeney shocked fans with an onstage appearance during Diplo’s set at Stagecoach on Saturday, April 25, 2026. The Anyone But You star brought along a bunch of panties from her lingerie brand, SYRN, which launched in January 2026.
Sweeney walked into Diplo’s HonkyTonk stage with a plastic bag full of panties (via Harper’s Bazaar). “Let’s get some of these panties right here,” Diplo announced before Sweeney started to throw the panties at the crowd from the stage. Diplo clarified soon that the underwear was for “the ladies, not the guys.”
Sweeney sported a baby blue corset with a plunging neckline, a white miniskirt, and cowboy boots for the appearance.
Elsewhere during the festival, Sweeney hosted a karaoke bar at her SYRN Saloon. There, she performed a duet of Choosin’ Texas by Ella Langley with Bailey Zimmermann. During this, several familiar faces stopped by, including Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher.
Sydney Sweeney previously attracted heavy attention for her brand SYRN when she strung up the Hollywood sign with lingerie as a way of promoting the brand.
Sweeney spoke about her brand earlier, establishing her vision for the endeavor. “I wanted to build a lingerie brand that feels like it understands women instead of talking at them,” she told Elle earlier about the brand, “Syrn is about confidence without pressure, feeling sexy, powerful, soft, playful, or all of the above, depending on the day. As the sole founder, my vision was to create something that lives in real life and doesn’t hold anyone back.”
