What do you do when the drama is just too hot? Take a break, of course! And that’s what Kyle Cooke and Carl Radke of Summer House did. The pair decided to hit Saturday Night Live. I can’t blame them. Things are pretty rocky right now for the Summer House crew, so why not get some comedy relief?
Safe to say Kyle and Carl needed some laughs …
TMZ caught Kyle and Carl in the waiting area of Saturday Night Live, where SNL fans were gathering before the show started.
The two were in good spirits. They were laughing and having fun and posed for photos with their friends, comedian Chanel Omari and Ali Lasky, PR Maven, in the SNL photobooth. After they took photos, Kyle and Carl said goodbye and left.
They reunited to watch SNL from the audience. Kyle and Carl did not appear as guests on the show, hosted by singer Olivia Rodrigo, but they did cross off a bucket list item by doing their version of the show’s opening, “Live from New York, it’s Saturday Night!”
Honestly, they deserved a night of fun. Kyle was probably thrilled to take a break from the drama. ICYMI, he and estranged wife Amanda Batula have been at the center of a drama storm.
The couple confirmed the end of their turbulent marriage earlier this year. Before the body could officially be called “cold,” Amanda revealed her new relationship with co-star and Kyle’s friend, West Wilson.
Suffice to say, Scamanda has been on everyone’s mind recently. Leaked footage from the reunion reveals that it was front and center, and everyone confronted the pair about it.
But they weren’t daunted, Amanda and West against the world, it seems, as they reportedly left the reunion taping together.
So yeah, Kyle enjoying a night of laughter and fun with Carl is just what the doctor ordered. Fans will see more of Kyle in NYC when their new spinoff show, In the City, premieres this May.
Summer House airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on Bravo. It streams on Peacock. In The City will premiere on Bravo.
