The outlet’s source said, “David was annoyed when he saw Cruz’s post.” The insider also claimed he thought Victoria “might be behind it.” Meanwhile, Cruz was said to be furious with Brooklyn Beckham. So, David reportedly doubted that the gesture came naturally. He allegedly called it “a dangerous addiction to the PR game.” The source said the PR push was blinding her. It was also moving their son further away.
The Brooklyn feud had already been building since Brooklyn’s 2022 wedding to Nicola Peltz. Closer reported that it boiled over earlier this year. Brooklyn allegedly released a six-page statement about the family image machine. In it, he claimed, “Brand Beckham comes first.” He also said his family valued “public promotion and endorsements above all else.” However, Victoria kept posting family images in recent weeks.
