Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck may have finalized their divorce, but their Beverly Hills mansion is still making headlines. New reports claim Lopez has once again put the luxury estate back on the market, this time with a price tag just under $50 million.
The listing comes amid speculation that Affleck recently transferred his full ownership stake in the property to his ex-wife. Now, the massive estate is once again at the center of attention as reports suggest Lopez is hoping for a fresh start with the sale.
Jennifer Lopez reportedly re-lists marital home after ex Ben Affleck gifts entire share
As per TMZ, Lopez has reportedly become the sole owner of the Beverly Hills mansion after Affleck allegedly signed over his entire share of the property. The outlet cited documents said to include a “transfer of property among spouses,” fueling claims that the actor handed over his ownership stake as part of their divorce settlement.
The estate itself has already had a complicated history on the market. Reports claim the former couple initially listed the home in July 2024 for around $68 million, shortly before Lopez filed for divorce.
Despite its celebrity connection and lavish features, the mansion reportedly struggled to attract a buyer. The asking price was later reduced to $52 million, and the property has now allegedly been relisted for $49.9 million.
Lopez and Affleck reportedly purchased the mansion in 2023 for more than $60 million before investing additional money into upgrades and renovations. Sources claim the couple transformed the property into an ultra-luxurious retreat during their marriage.
Reports also suggest Affleck’s recent business success may have influenced the decision to give up his share of the home. The “Gone Girl” actor sold his AI company, InterPositive, to Netflix earlier in March in a deal reportedly worth around $600 million. As such, insiders claim the sale left him in a comfortable enough position to walk away from the property.
The exes finalized their divorce in 2025 after just over two years of marriage. Despite the split, they have remained connected professionally at times. Affleck previously worked as a producer on “Kiss of the Spider Woman,” a film starring Lopez that premiered in the U.S. last year.
