Real Housewives star Porsha Williams has come out winning big in the divorce case against ex-husband Simon Guobadia.
Reportedly, the actress walked away with a substantial amount, a car, and a luxury property.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, a settlement agreement has been reached in the divorce case between Porsha Williams and Simon Guobadia. According to court records, Guobadia has agreed to give up “any and all right, title, interest, estate, claim, lien, or demand whatsoever” over his house in Georgia.
Reportedly, Guobadia has also agreed to pay Williams $1,568,181.63 as part of the property’s equity. He has also transferred the title to a Rolls-Royce Ghost to his ex-wife.
Speaking to People in 2025, Williams disclosed the heavy emotional burden she has carried during the long divorce. “You go through different stages, You have that anger. You have the moment where you have to fight for your life in a court situation. And then, toward the end, you have the clarity where you realize you are still blessed. Your family is by our side, your child is protected; there’s a whole new life that you can start.”
Williams had also described herself as “a true hopeless romantic,” saying that she looked forward to falling in love again. “Once I decide to be with you, I dedicate everything to you,” she said. “And Simon matched my energy. He’s very warm. He loved spending time with me. We were freakin’ extra. If we wanted to fly out of the country every weekend or post on Instagram together about how much we loved each other, he was down.”
The Bravo star filed for divorce just 15 months into her marriage to Guobadia in 2024. The divorce was finalized in June 2025. his case cut the final legal obligations between the pair.
