The form-fitting dress had a dramatic, low-slung open back secured by a delicate horizontal strap with gold hardware.
In some photos, Gray accessorised with Saint Laurent SL 914 Aviator Sunglasses. The oversized, wrap-around shield sunglasses added a futuristic, slightly mysterious edge to the nighttime look.
