The Batman II Batmobile First Look Teased by Matt Reeves

Matt Reeves shared the first glimpse of the Batmobile from “The Batman II“, and fans are bursting with excitement. As per new reports, the sequel officially takes place during the winter. Robert Pattinson will reprise his role as Bruce Wayne and the Caped Crusader. It’s expected that stars such as Colin Farrell, Jeffrey Wright, Andy Serkis, and Barry Keoghan will join him for the sequel.

DC fans react to Batmobile’s first look from The Batman II

DC fans share their enthusiastic reactions to the Batmobile’s first look from “The Batman II.” Matt Reeves posted a grainy photo on his X account with the caption, “#Snow Tires,” followed by a Bat emoji. Unsurprisingly, the post garnered 157K likes, 30K reposts, 8.9K bookmarks, and 2K comments at the time of writing.

The camera zooms in on the Batmobile, giving a good close-up of the legendary car. In the first image, one can see the tyres splashing through a puddle as another car approaches from the other end. The other car’s headlights add a more dramatic feel to the shot.

The second image is a mid-camera shot of the Batmobile fiercely rushing through a snowy night. Based on these images alone, fans can expect adrenaline-inducing thrill and drama in the movie. Fans are stoked to witness this iconic glimpse of the Batmobile. One fan commented, “We are so back,” along with the same Bat emoji that Reeves used in his caption. 

A second fan wrote, “Feel alive again, thank you.”  A third fan penned, “WE ARE BACK BABY. THE TIME IS FINALLY HERE!” A fourth fan remarked, “MATT REEVES YOU TEASE! THE STILLS ARE BEAUTIFUL. I WANT IT ALL NOW!” A fifth fan chimed in, “I just fell to my knees in the middle of the street.”  Finally, one fan stated, “A snowy season for The Batman: Part II is what we wanted to see.”

Reeves co-wrote the script with Mattson Tomlin. He previously revealed to Variety, “It’s been a long journey, but I am so incredibly excited. I’m really proud of the script me and Mattson did.” The Batman: Part 2 is set to open in theaters on October 1, 2027.
