A source told RadarOnline.com that the decision is most likely due to Kudrow’s thoughts that “nobody cared” about her compared to Aniston and their co-stars Courteney Cox, Matt LeBlanc, David Schwimmer, and Matthew Perry. Despite winning the Emmy for her portrayal of Phoebe Buffay, Kudrow insisted she was often referred to as “the sixth Friend” behind the scenes of Hollywood.
However, an insider has insisted that Kudrow “swears she meant no harm by her comments – she was merely pointing out that her castmates were seen as bigger stars.” But Aniston’s rep has said that “the others, Jen especially, don’t see it that way.” The rep further stated that the rest of the cast is “not happy with Lisa for stirring up drama and pushing this self-pitying narrative that reflects poorly on the rest of them.”
Thus, the source said Kudrow might not be part of Aniston’s bridal party. The style icon is already “having a hard time narrowing down the guest list, but Lisa’s remarks have made it easier,” insisted the source, adding, “As of this moment, it’s highly unlikely” that Kudrow will “make the cut.”
As for the wedding, Aniston is reportedly keen on an intimate, simple ceremony with Curtis. “A small wedding will be just fine with her,” the insider told the outlet, adding that Curtis is “totally down for that too.” Further, the person added, “It’s all about being authentic and celebrating their love story in a relaxed and spiritual way.”
