Heidi Klum and her son, Henry Günther Ademola Dashtu Samuel, decided to twin for a very charming red carpet moment at Cannes this Thursday night. The mother-son duo stepped out at the amfAR Gala in outfits that looked lovingly matched.
While Klum went for a black-and-white lace-up corset gown, 20-year-old Henry stood right beside her in a black suit jacket with metallic leaf embroidery, and nothing underneath. Klum’s husband, Tom Kaulitz, joined them, but the evening clearly belonged to Klum and her grown-up son.

Besides the twin moment at Cannes, Heidi Klum’s son Henry has been tagging along to plenty of events lately, and the model told PEOPLE exactly how that arrangement came about. She revealed, “To be honest, because my husband has been traveling so much and I didn’t want to go alone,” adding, “So Henry has been like, ‘I’ll come with you, mom.’ And I’m like, ‘This is fabulous.’”
Klum continued, “I mean, what better date can you have than your own son?” Never one to hold back, Klum admitted, “Obviously, things are super exciting for me too, but it’s different with a 20-year-old when they see things and do things for the first time, like a big red carpet.” She also revealed, “So he’s always super appreciative that I take him.”
Then the supermodel confessed, “But to be honest, I’m more appreciative that he comes with me, that he’s proud to be on my side. And we have a fun night together. We love people watching, we gossip a little bit.” All in all, she admitted, “It’s a real fun night with my son.”
Besides Henry, Heidi Klum is mom to daughters Leni and Lou, and son Johan — but it was the eldest son with whom she chose to twin for the Cannes red carpet, and the world cannot stop raving about it.
