Zayn Malik was heard yelling “Get the f*** out of the way” in a video obtained by a celebrity outlet. In the clip, the 33-year-old singer is seen trying to leave a hotel in Manchester while surrounded by paparazzi.
Zayn Malik has words for fans as he attempts to leave his Manchester hotel
The former One Direction star, currently on The Konnakol Tour, was spotted attempting to leave his hotel following his performance at Manchester’s AO Arena on May 24. However, the singer was seen struggling to get through the crowd, looking visibly irritated as he struggled to reach his waiting car, as fans crowded around for photos in the viral video posted by TMZ on Instagram.
The caption read, “Zayn Malik only had one direction on his mind — straight into his waiting car … but unfortunately for him, fans had other plans!” The Pillowtalk singer reportedly lost his temper, shouting at the crowd to “get the f**k out” of his way before getting into his car.
The singer, accompanied by a female member of his team, could be heard shouting, “You guys, he can’t get in the car! Please, can you watch out! How am I supposed to get in the front seat? Can you move, please, so I can get in the car!”
While the footage sparked mixed reactions, with one writing, ” I’ve never seen this guy be friendly to his fans. He’s terrified of people!” Another wrote, “And that’s why he’s not as famous anymore. Treat your fans better.” On the other hand, one of many defended him by commenting, “People need to learn how to respect others’ privacy and have boundaries.”
Malik was quick to deny the claims and shared his side of the incident by replying to TMZ’s post. He wrote, “Let’s just get the facts straight – the fans were and always are respectful and amazing – the issue was the multiple fully grown men that were blocking the doors of the hotel and the car for 10 minutes not letting us or security out – they are not fans they are stalkers that show up where ever someone they want to meet is and do the same thing to everyone to try to get content. It is not safe and not okay, and they ruin it for the real fans.”
