Tristan has two other children from former relationships. The two dated on and off for approximately six years, before breaking up in 2021 after he cheated.
Tristan Thompson got a vasectomy on Khloe Kardashian’s orders
Khloe revealed she prompted Tristan to undergo a vasectomy while they were still together.
During a May 28 appearance on Khloe’s podcast, Khloe in Wonder Land, the NBA player said, “I already have enough baby mommas, I don’t want no more.” His ex replied, “And who helped you fix that decision? That was me. Tristan may have had a little ultimatum from me.”
He then replied, “What? Getting neutered? Yeah. Sometimes you got to lay them nuts on the table.”
Tristan admitted that Khloe’s persistence prompted him to have a vasectomy. “Sometimes you have to get forced into the right decision,” she said.
Khloe’s ex is noncommittal about having more kids. “I think I signed off for two embryos,” he said. “So, I mean, if I do have more kids, it’d be coming from you.”
The Kardashian’s star revealed Tristan has saved sperm in case he wants more children. “Because I said, ‘What if you get married and your wife doesn’t have kids and you want to do that?’ So, we did that. But you could also reverse it,” she said.
Tristan is adamant about not introducing a new girlfriend to his current brood. “It’s a hard no,” he told Khloe.
“I’ll just say like I don’t think it’s wise for parents to introduce a boyfriend or a girlfriend to their kids unless you’re going to get married to them. Because I’m not going to confuse my kids where if something doesn’t work, then this person is gone and then you have to like kind of like recalibrate everyone’s brain.”
