Scooter Braun discussed Sydney Sweeney on Suzy Weiss’s Second Thought podcast . For those unversed, the 28-year-old actress hard-launched the couple’s relationship on Instagram earlier this month. Now, it seems that Braun has returned the favor by showering her with a series of positive adjectives.
The 44-year-old said, “I’ve met an extraordinary woman, kind and generous and smart, and real and down to earth.” He added that it is “one of the biggest surprises ever.”
When asked if he’s watching his girlfriend’s popular TV series, Euphoria, Braun replied cheekily, “I am catching it. I’m biased, I like it. I think there’s been an incredible performance by a certain actress.”
Elsewhere in the interview, Braun, who made a name for himself as a talent manager, confessed that he had “no idea” what he was going to do next. However, he added that he was “enjoying” his relationship, his children, friends, and life.
Previously, Page Six shared in an exclusive report that Braun reportedly has no issues with Sweeney’s bold scenes in Euphoria. While critics and fans have slammed the actress for her hypersexualised portrayal of the character, Braun seemed supportive of her career endeavors.
A source shared with the outlet, “Scooter has absolutely no issue with Sydney’s more provocative scenes in Euphoria or any of the work she does as an actress. He fully understands that it’s part of her job and respects how dedicated she is to her craft.”
Furthermore, the source explained that the couple’s relationship is “very secure” and that there is a “strong level of trust” between them. “Scooter isn’t the type to feel threatened by her work or try to control what roles she takes on. He’s incredibly supportive of her career and proud of everything she’s accomplished,” the insider added. The source also said that the couple is “very happy” together and that things are smooth-sailing between them.
