Jennifer Lopez and Brett Goldstein’s alleged relationship has just received a major update. The two are co-starring in the upcoming Netflix film “Office Romance.” A source told Page Six that while the duo maintained extreme professionalism on set during filming, they shared a striking chemistry that was noticeable to everyone around them.

The insider added, “They tried to keep things low-key during the months while filming but flirted here and there on set, and they definitely had a strong connection.” The “On the Floor” hitmaker and the actor were also reportedly very “cozy” at the wrap party, which was evident to everyone in attendance. This, in turn, led many to believe they were into each other, the source continued.

They also reportedly attended a Broadway play in New York City in early 2025. Moreover, after filming wrapped, they “dated for quite some time,” according to the source. However, things did not go as expected, even though they enjoyed each other’s company, and the romance eventually “fizzled out.”

Even though their romance didn’t work out, sources say they still remain cordial with each other. An insider shared, “There’s no bad blood but it just kind of came to a lull. They have a good friendship but in terms of romantic chemistry, that ship has sort of sailed.” While they dated for a short while and were strongly attracted to each other, they later felt they were “better off” as friends, the source concluded.
