On June 2, the official Instagram page for Kylie Cosmetics shared a video in which founder Kylie Jenner and her friends revealed their favorites from the brand. Her 8-year-old daughter, Stormi, and friend Yris Palmer’s daughter, Ayla, also joined the video. The video began with Stormi sharing her favorite product, holding a mic with a blue hair wig. It was a playful nod to the Khy founder’s King Kylie era.
“My name is Stormi, and my favorite product of Kylie Cosmetics is the Lip Butter in Toasted Marshmallow,” Stormi said with a cute smile on her face. She was wearing a gold-toned halter neck frock that hit right above the knees. Multiple diagonal and horizontal cascading ruffles ran the full length of the dress. It caught the light from different angles, as she rocked back and forth on the balls of her feet.
The third person in the video was Kylie herself. Dressed in a playful beach look, she admitted it was hard to choose a single product as her favorite. Ultimately, she settled on her skin tint, which was also a hit with a lot of her friends. Stormi also joined her mother in the video for a few seconds before walking out of the frame.
Jenner initially started the brand as a lip kit line. Over the years, it has grown into a complete beauty empire. During an interview with Beauty Inc. last year, she said it was her “dream” for Stormi to “take over” Kylie Cosmetics. She shared that she would love for it to be a “legacy brand.”
