Donald Trump Jr.’s honeymoon video, which he posted on social media just days after his wedding to Betting Anderson, doesn’t seem to have garnered the response he was hoping for, especially from Jimmy Kimmel. The late night talk show host had a wild reaction to the clip during his latest monologue, which left his live audience in stitches.
Jimmy Kimmel has unexpected reaction to Donald Trump Jr.’s wedding video
On the June 3 episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live!, the titular host revealed that Donald Trump is planning to conduct the White House Correspondents’ Dinner again, before clubbing the topic with the recent wedding of the president’s eldest son.
Making a quip about Trump missing the nuptial event, Kimmel remarked, “Unlike his son’s wedding, Trump does plan to go to the correspondents’ dinner.”
He continued, “You know, on Memorial Day weekend, Don Jr., the fraudigal son, married a woman named Bettina Anderson, and they made their blessed union Instagram official. They posted a honeymoon video. Now this is something that normal people do all the time. [But] for a sitting president’s son, I believe this is a first, and hopefully, a last.”
Kimmel then showcased a snippet from Donald Trump Jr.’s post-wedding video, which features the newlyweds enjoying themselves on a beach. As the duo shared a kiss in the clip, the camera instantly cut to Kimmel, who awkwardly turned his face away and said, “Ugh!”
Struggling to contain himself, Kimmel shot out ‘vomit’ from his mouth, which hit his long-term sidekick, Guillermo Rodriguez, at great speed. After a prolonged ‘vomit’ routine, the comedian apologized to the audience, who seemed to be enjoying Kimmel’s bit, before unloading yet another batch on Guillermo.
Kimmel apologized to his colleague again, blaming the kissing part of the video for his reaction, before spraying Guillermo’s face for the third time. “I couldn’t keep it in. I apologize,” he remarked, concluding his ‘untidy’ monologue for the episode.
