Prince William Made One Move No One Missed at Royal Wedding — Source

Irrespective of the reports, it seems things are amicable between Prince William and Princess Beatrice. The royal members recently attended the wedding of their cousin, Peter Phillips, and there the future monarch exchanged warm greetings with Beatrice, putting all speculations to rest.

Prince William exchanged greetings with Princess Beatrice at royal wedding

On June 6, Peter Phillips got married to Harriet Sperling in All Saints Church in Kemble in the presence of the royal members. While all eyes were on the newlyweds, what caught everyone’s attention was Prince William’s sweet gesture towards his cousin. While Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie may not be working royals, they were very much part of the wedding. They attended their cousin’s big day with their husband on their side.

On their arrival, William greeted Beatrice with a kiss on the cheek outside the church, making it a camera-worthy moment. Moreover, even her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, was similarly embraced by Zara Tindall, the sister of the groom, as they shared a hug and kiss on the cheek, per PEOPLE

The sisters were among the few people who were invited to the wedding. Their parents, ex-Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson, were reportedly not invited to the celebration. Talking about the invitation, a friend of the newlyweds told Hello! magazine that “it was probably not deemed appropriate to invite” as it was their “special day” and the presence of the former Duke and Duchess of York would “cause a distraction to the whole day.”

And if sources are to be believed, the sisters are reportedly feeling the pressure as controversy surrounding their father continues to trouble their family. After their father was removed from the royal place, Royal author and former Liberal Democrat MP, Norman Baker, feels “Beatrice and Eugenie would be wise to leave their properties in St James’s Palace and Kensington Palace before people start asking too many questions” amid Crown Estate rental agreements. He also further added that “Non-working royals should never benefit from grace-and-favour or peppercorn rent arrangements.”
