Jimmy Kimmel blasted “con man” Donald Trump over $12K Freedom 250 Gold Coins. Kimmel addressed the expensive merchandise matter during Wednesday’s monologue on the show. Jimmy Kimmel mocks Donald Trump for selling $12K gold coins

Jimmy Kimmel slammed “con man” Donald Trump for selling commemorative gold coins for the forthcoming UFC Freedom 250 event for a staggering $12K. Kimmel flamed the President in the opening monologue of his talk show. The 58-year-old explained how the U.S. president is gearing up for the big UFC-themed birthday party on the White House lawn this weekend. This event coincides with America’s 250th anniversary celebrations and his own 80th birthday on June 14.

He sarcastically mentioned that the Trump family is offering a special gold coin for a “low price” of only $11,999. Kimmel also unseriously labelled it as a “beautiful coin.”

The 58-year-old also revealed with a hint of sarcasm, “If you read the fine print, which they would prefer you do not do, you will learn that the coin is intended for individual enjoyment only and not for investment purposes. This is not political, has nothing to do with any political campaign. It is not legal tender and has no face value.”

The host then went on to slam President Trump by labelling him as a “special kind of con man” who is selling supporters money they “cannot spend” anywhere.

Continuing his speech, Kimmel condemned the White House for trying to profit off an important occasion and innocent citizens to fill their own pockets. The 58-year-old remarked, “Of course, the White House rejects any suggestions that the president’s family profiting off an event he forced onto the White House grounds is a conflict of interest.”

“They wrote, ‘The fake news’ continued attempts to fabricate conflicts of interest are irresponsible and reinforce the public’s distrust in what they read. And that’s why they should all get themselves a Trump Bible and repent”, he added.
