Angelina Jolie’s $5K Plunging Tom Ford Draped Dress Dips Dangerously Low

Angelina Jolie stunned in a $5K draped Tom Ford dress featuring a plunging neckline. She wore it for a screening of her new film, “Couture”, on June 16 at The Whitby Hotel in New York City. The actress also wore a coat for her arrival at the venue, delivering a look that was a masterclass in elegance and sophistication.

Angelina Jolie donned the Tom Ford Strapless Draped Evening Dress worth $5,190. Crafted from soft viscose silk jersey, the gown featured a dramatic, plunging sweetheart neckline with structural V-shaped detailing at the center bust. It came with hand-applied draping gathers across the front and an internal corset for structure. It flowed seamlessly into a fluid, columnar silhouette that exuded minimalist sophistication and timeless glamour.

Jolie layered it with a cream-colored Calvin Klein oversized wool coat over the evening dress. The outerwear featured structured lapels, a single prominent button closure at the waist, and elegant button detailing on the wide cuffs. The sweeping silhouette of the coat contrasted beautifully with the hint of her dark dress pooling beneath it.

She completed the look with sharp, black pointed-toe stiletto heels. The shoes’ dark color maintained the monochromatic palette. She wore her blonde-highlighted hair in a voluminous, soft blowout parted to the side. Meanwhile, her makeup featured a fresh complexion and a nude peach lip.

Further, her accessories added the perfect amount of luxury and edge. She shielded her eyes with bold, dark aviator-style Bottega Veneta BV1305S sunglasses. Meanwhile, her cascading drop earrings framed her face, injecting a flash of gold into her look. She was also sporting a thick gold statement cuff on her wrist.

“Couture” stars Jolie as Maxine, an American film director who travels to Paris Fashion Week only to receive a breast cancer diagnosis. The film, directed by French filmmaker Alice Winocour, will hit U.S. theaters on June 26.
