Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding guests won’t face any monetary penalties, report claims
According to TMZ, guests invited to Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s reported July 3 wedding received an electronic non-disclosure agreement as part of the event’s security measures. However, sources with direct knowledge of the arrangements told the outlet the NDA does not include monetary fines or any formal legal penalty for guests who disclose information about the celebration.
The report also claims that attendees were not asked to sign a film release, suggesting there are currently no plans to turn the wedding into a documentary or streaming special. Although the reported agreement carries no financial consequences, the couple has implemented several other safeguards to keep details private.
TMZ previously reported that each wedding invitation was individually watermarked with the recipient’s first and last name repeated throughout the document. According to the report, the system would allow organizers to identify the source if an invitation were leaked online.
Sources also told the outlet that guests who violate the NDA could face social consequences, including criticism from fellow attendees or even being removed from the guest list before the ceremony. The invitations reportedly included only New York City and the July 3 wedding date rather than identifying the venue by name.
Earlier reports have linked the celebration to Madison Square Garden, where TMZ claimed between 1,100 and 1,200 guests are expected to attend. The outlet also previously reported that New York City officials received a permit request to close streets around MSG from July 2 until midday on July 4 for celebrations planned around a July 3 event.
