Donald Trump Reveals Secret Instructions for Iran Assassination Scenario

Donald Trump has said he has left instructions for his team on how to respond if Iran assassinates him. The remarks come amid renewed tensions between Washington and Tehran and reports that Iran continues to seek revenge for the U.S. killing of a top Iranian military commander during Trump’s first term.

Trump said he has prepared directives outlining how the United States should respond if Iran assassinates him

According to NewYork Post, Trump made the comments while discussing ongoing threats against him. He said he believes he remains on Iran’s target list. “I’ve left instructions [for my team] — if anything happens, to literally just bomb them at levels that they’ve never seen before,” Trump said during the interview. He then added, “I hope you’ll miss me.”

A reporte from Wall Street Journal states that the United States had received intelligence from Israel indicating that Iran had formulated a new alleged assassination plot targeting Trump. Trump, however, said no new information had been shared beyond previously known threats.

Trump also told reporters that he believes Iran continues to seek revenge against him, saying, “They want to take out the U.S. leader — me,” before adding that he was “on every single one of their lists.”

The dispute stems from Trump’s first term. This is when he ordered a drone strike that killed Iranian military commander Gen. Qasem Soleimani. The U.S. officials have previously cited concerns about possible Iranian retaliation following the strike. On Friday, Trump wrote on Truth Social that the ceasefire was effectively over. He said that although Iran had requested further talks, the United States had made it clear that “the Cease Fire is OVER!”

The announcement followed a series of U.S. military strikes targeting Iranian military infrastructure. The strikes came after Washington accused Tehran of attacks on commercial vessels in the Strait of Hormuz. Speaking alongside NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, Trump defended the military response. He warned that any further attacks would be met with an even stronger response.
