Dorit Kemsley Could Walk Away With Nothing as PK Wins Major House Battle

Dorit Kemsley and Paul Kemsley have continued to make headlines a year after their divorce. Their ongoing financial legal battle has now taken another dramatic turn. Reports suggest that the fashion designer could walk away with nothing after her ex-husband won the house dispute.

Ronald Richards details PK’s reimbursement win as the exes race to sell their home

Former news legal analyst and attorney Ronald Richards has been sharing details of the case with the public through X. He explained how Paul Kemsley won the house sale hearing. He also said that Dorit Kemsley did not help her case during the court proceedings.

Richards wrote, “Wrap Up for the Dorit / Paul Kemsley house sale hearing, continuance request by Dorit, foreclosure sale: Paul won the hearing and Dorit did not help herself by addressing the Court. She was cut off.”

“Dorit was evicted by the Court and now has to leave by 11/1/26 giving Paul total leverage and control over the under water asset with $6.4m in debt plus a $40k debt service carry,” he added

Later, Ronald continued, “Paul won the hearing as to getting reimbursed for all monies he spent on the property going back to May of 2026. If there is any equity, Paul will get repaid first leaving Dorit zero.”

According to the attorney, what makes the case even more surprising is that neither side has paid their attorneys’ fees. The judge appears to believe that selling the house will resolve the situation. However, Richards believes the sale will not benefit either side. However, Ronald believes the 59-year-old businessman is taking advantage of the situation and weakening Dorit both mentally and financially.

If that was the plan, it may be working, as Dorit Kemsley wanted to leave the house, but she may now have no choice but to move out.
