Attorney Ben Crump Blows Up Nolan Wells Drowning Theory With New Questions

Attorney Ben Crump challenges the reported accidental drowning theory surrounding Nolan Wells‘ death. He argued that questions about the final hours of the student remain unanswered, raising concerns.

Ben Crump says unanswered questions about Nolan Wells’ final hours demand a more transparent investigation

Ben Crump, who is representing the family in the Nolan case, has questions regarding the last moments. While appearing on TMZ Live, he said, “Nolan’s body was found washed up on the shore on Monday morning. And so his family is not accepting that it was an accidental drowning.”

“They’re not accepting that because Nolan was a college football player. He was a superior athlete. He was in great fitness and condition,” he added. However, Crump has questions about the alleged drowning as Nolan reportedly took swimming lessons as a child and knew how to swim.

Further, he added that friends have different claims. One of his friends said in a public statement, Nolan told her, “Well, I’m going back to the boat, uh, with the guys I came with.”

While the boys said, “Well, the boys say that when they were talking to Nolan, he said he wasn’t going to get in the boat with them, that he was going to stay with her, stay behind with her.” He also talked about friends having his phone, which raises concerns, as youngsters don’t leave their phones.  The attorney said there are a lot of contradictions and unanswered questions.

Nolan went to Horn Island with his friends and went missing during the Fourth of July celebrations. All his friends returned, and he was later found dead on the Mississippi Gulf Coast Island.

The autopsy has been performed, according to Crump, but the results have not been provided. They are waiting for results, while parents continue to demand justice from the police, talking to news outlets. The investigation remains ongoing while the Wells family and Ben Crump await autopsy results and hope for clarity.
