Zendaya stepped out of her hotel in New York, donning an archival white tunic from Alberta Ferretti. The piece featured a plunging neckline and ruching. Further, a built-in shiny belt-like feature cinched the minidress at the waist. Delicate metallic chains cascaded from the shoulders to the hem, adding movement and a Grecian vibe to the look.
The real star of her ensemble was her Sophia Webster Autumn/Winter 2014 Clementine heels. The gladiator sandals featured a fully looped, caged upper that extended to her knees. Crafted from high-shine metallic leather, the shoes gave off a liquid-metal sheen that caught the light. It echoed the metallic shine of the chain detailing on her dress.
Tubular metallic straps looped down both the front of the leg, finished with a self-tie calf wrap. Meanwhile, its back had a corset-like detailing, leaving the heel exposed. The shoes’ structural spine also featured a full-length side zipper. The sleek, covered stiletto heel elongated her frame, elevating the look. Back in 2014, the height of the gladiator shoe renaissance, Jennifer Lopez had sported the same shoes while promoting “American Idol.”
Styled by longtime stylist, Law Roach, Zendaya kept her jewelry minimal, letting her ensemble take center stage. She was sporting Fope Prima Collection Pendant Earrings With Diamonds. Her pixie cut hair was styled in soft, piecey curls that framed her forehead and temple, while the back and sides hugged her jawline and neck to highlight her bone structure. Further, her makeup featured radiant skin, a smoky eye in neutral taupe and warm brown tones, and a ’90s-inspired glossy lip.
